THE COLLECTION DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, and courier delays.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon import where applicable.

VAT will not be refunded on international sales.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original order and place a new order separately.

• Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
  
  

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Should your order arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
